Short (40 words)
EmotionalTeen is a free teen wellbeing site built by a high-school student. It offers quick stress tools, reviewed answers to the questions teens actually ask, and guidance for parents and school counselors.
Long
EmotionalTeen started as a high-school research project into teenage stress and grew into a free public site. It combines short, practical stress tools with TEEN — an AI chat and search experience grounded in the site's own reviewed content — plus topic pages on test anxiety, sleep, friend drama and self-worth, a guide for parents, and a review portal where school counselors approve teen stories and answers before they appear. Nothing on the site is medical advice, no student needs an account to use the tools, and anyone in crisis is pointed to 988 in the US. EmotionalTeen is a programme of Hariom Helps Foundation, an IRS-recognised 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
