Schools & counselors

Give your students a calm place to go — and help decide what's on it.

EmotionalTeen is free, needs no student sign-up, and is written for the three minutes a teenager will actually give it. School counselors and wellbeing staff can also apply for a review account and approve what other teens read here.

What your school gets, free

Nothing here asks a student for an account, an email address or a name.

  • A printable stress-hacks card

One page for the counseling-office door or a classroom wall.

  • Topic pages you can link

Test anxiety, sleep, friend drama and more — each with one thing to try now.

  • Ask TEEN

Reviewed answers to the questions teens actually type, with sources shown.

  • A guide for parents

Conversation scripts, warning signs and crisis contacts to pass on at conferences.

Refer a student in one line

Write it on a sticky note or say it out loud — there is nothing to set up.

“Have a look at emotionalteen.com — it's free, and you don't have to sign up.”

If a student is in danger, don't refer them to a website. In the US, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.

Apply for a counselor review account

Fill this in and we'll carry it over to the application page. You'll sign in with your work email there, then we approve it by hand.

Please don't include any student information. A review account never shows student accounts, emails or anything a teen typed privately.
