    Pick the smallest possible action: open the doc, write one word, read one question.

    Inhale through your nose for 4.

  • What is one thing that reliably stresses you out on a school day, and one thing that reliably helps?
  • Where do you notice stress in your body first โ€” sleep, stomach, temper, focus?
  • What makes it hard to tell an adult when you are struggling, and what would make it easier?
  • Which of these hacks would you actually use, and which would you never do in front of people?
