Built by a teen. For teens.

Hi, I'm Anushka.

I'm a high-school student interested in biomedical engineering, and I started TEEN because stress isn't something I only read about in research papers. I see it every day — in myself, my friends and students around me.

So I went looking for what the science actually says, collected data from real student weeks, and started building a wearable that can notice stress before you do.

How TEEN came together

01

Research

Read peer-reviewed studies on how stress is defined, measured and reduced in adolescents.

02

Data

Collected anonymous schedule and stress information from real high-school students.

03

Wearable

Designed a wrist bracelet in CAD that reads bio-signals and flags rising stress early.

04

Stress hacks

Turned everything learned into short, doable resets any student can try tonight.

What TEEN is trying to fix

The problem

Students face constant academic and social pressure, but school support usually arrives only once someone is already in crisis. Researchers have tools for measuring stress early; most high schools don't have access to them.

The idea

Make those tools teen-sized: plain-language explanations, short strategies that fit into a school night, real student data, and a low-cost wearable that shows stress rising while you can still do something about it.
