The terms, in plain words
- What exactly am I buying?
- A pack of 25 messages you can send to TEEN, our AI helper. Each message you send uses one. TEEN's replies are free.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. It is a single payment each time. Nothing renews and no card details are stored by EmotionalTeen — payment is handled by Stripe.
- Do I need an account?
- No. If you pay without signing in, the messages are saved to the browser you paid on. Signing in keeps them if you switch phones.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — if something goes wrong or the messages do not appear, email hello@emotionalteen.com and we will refund the payment.
- Is this therapy?
- No. TEEN is an AI helper, not a therapist or crisis service. If something is urgent, call or text 988 (US) or open our urgent help page.
- Who is old enough to pay?
- If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before paying. Free tools stay free either way.
