The more useful pattern is timing. Reported stress didn't peak during class. It peaked in the gap between finishing activities and starting homework โ the moment when the size of the evening becomes visible all at once.
That matters because it tells you where an intervention belongs. A breathing exercise at 1am is damage control. A two-minute reset at 6pm, before the pile is even opened, is prevention.
